Surprise Mountaintop Proposal

I have photographed many proposals here in Acadia National Park and all of them have been the absolute best, but Andrew’s proposal to Becca had me leaving with sore cheeks and a high on life. When I say that Becca’s reaction was one out of a movie, it really was. Shock, shrieks of excitement, jumps up and down, she did it all. You really had no choice but to have the biggest smile on your face and just take it all in. She was in love, and she said YES!

Andrew had a vision for his proposal to Becca and needed some help with the logistics, timing, and location. That’s where I came in. After hearing he wanted something epic, something unforgettable, but on the quieter side, I had just the place. We planned out the day, agreed to a short hike, and Mother Nature did the rest.
